Refund policy

This Return Policy sets forth the sole and exclusive terms and conditions under which you may be eligible to return or exchange, or receive a refund for, a product purchased from www.aspirastudioco.com (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Cetavia Investment Partners, LLC, d/b/a Aspira Studio (the “Company”).

RETURNS, REFUNDS & DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Due to the nature of our products, except as specifically set forth in this Return Policy, all sales are final and no returns, exchanges or refunds are permitted under any circumstances.  We will replace products if they are defective or damaged when received by the customer; provided, however, that the determination of whether an item is defective or damaged will be made by us, in our sole discretion. If you want us to consider replacing an item that you believe was defective or damaged at the time of receipt, please send us a photo of the product, clearly showing the damaged part(s) of the product, to aspirastudio.team@gmail.com within 10 calendar days following your receipt of the product. Once we review the photo, we will send you an email or other message to notify you that we have received the photo and whether we have determined that the item was defective or damaged when it was received by you. If we determine that the item was so defective or damaged, we will replace the item or, at your option, issue you a refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days following our determination.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund that has been issued pursuant to this Return Policy, then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done each of the foregoing and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at aspirastudio.team@gmail.com.
